Holiday Inn Express & Suites Royse City - Rockwall, an IHG Hotel

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast. It was hot, tasty, and many selections. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As an IHG Member this was one of the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever visited. Its clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing and friendly. The General Manager is engaging and know what service is supposed to feel like. I will be back.

Staff was very polite and attentive (Crystal at breakfast is extremely nice and helpful). The suites are spacious with nice linens and TVs. Real tile floors in the bathroom and a sliding glass door shower. It was fairly clean but admittedly I'm picky on that. Cons: rugs in the room over the wood floor are too hard to keep clean, would be better without. Had a 'mystery' stain on the couch if you catch my drift. Worst con is the sound suppression in the walls and ceilings. I could hear the people above me way too easily and the conversations / TV in the room beside me.

Everything about my stay was unexpectedly nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is awesome, Sumun is great. It's conveniently located and easy to find. Will absolutely be back!

Night staff was super helpful. We drove into town really late but were able to get a room with no issues. Rooms are really nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable also in a nice area. We felt comfortable leaving our vehicle and trailer in the lot. Breakfast was great. Karissa was really sweet and super talkative. She was very attentive and was checking on all the guest. It’s nice to see a sweet smile so early in the morning. 10 outta 10 hotel. Thank you!!!

Excellent stay! I was traveling in the area for business. It was a little tricky to get into the hotel due to road construction but the stay made up for the construction challenges. I was greeted at the hotel and checked by Lara, fantastic first impression. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and not received such a good check in experience. The room was fantastic, very clean, the staff was exceptional everyone I spoke with all about taking care of the hotel guest with a smile. I travel for business and stay in hotels around 180 nights per year this hotel makes my top 3 in several years of travel.

I had such a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The hotel has a fresh, modern style décor that makes it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The coffee machine was amazing, and the breakfast really sets this place apart, such a great variety and quality to start the day. I’ll definitely be back for the holidays. Highly recommend staying here!

The stay was great, clean room. Had a blast and a good view of the parking lot. Even though there isn’t much space for U-Haul trailer parking. The staff allows you to park on the street and will watch over your vehicles over night. But for the real bread and butter of this review. Carissa from the breakfast kitchen staff was one of the most friendly and hospitable experiences I’ve had in a hotel. She made amazing food. Amazing conversation and was the highlight of our morning. Thank you for everything you did Carissa in making our morning memorable here.
